  1. Services. Konsort provides TikTok Shop management, affiliate management, content and LIVE services, and related software ("Services") to business clients under a signed service agreement. These terms apply to use of konsortsocial.com and to any Konsort software a Client authorises, including our TikTok Shop app. The signed agreement governs fees, scope and term; where it conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
  2. Authorising our app. By authorising the Konsort TikTok Shop app, the Client grants Konsort permission to read the shop data covered by the listed scopes for the purpose of delivering the Services. The Client can revoke authorisation at any time in TikTok Shop Seller Center. Konsort will then stop reading the shop's data.
  3. Client responsibilities. The Client confirms it is entitled to grant that access and that it complies with TikTok Shop policies. The Client keeps its own Seller Center credentials secure.
  4. Data. Konsort processes Client data as described in our Privacy Policy. Client data belongs to the Client. Konsort may use aggregated, non-identifying performance data to improve its Services and benchmarks.
  5. Confidentiality. Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for the Services.
  6. Results. Konsort works to improve Client results but does not guarantee any sales, GMV or ranking outcome. TikTok Shop is a third-party platform that Konsort does not control.
  7. Liability. To the extent allowed by law, Konsort's total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the three months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  8. Termination. Either party may end the Services as set out in the service agreement. On termination Konsort deletes stored Client shop data as described in the Privacy Policy.
  9. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes go to the courts of Wyoming unless the service agreement says otherwise.
